Hand and Stone

I was in a terrible state upon arrival. I had a horrible morning, was highly stressed and arrived late for my appointment. Even though I was outwardly upset and angry when I walked in the door, the team was pleasant, welcoming and kind. My therapist was highly skilled and amazing in her demeanor. By the time I left, I felt better physically and emotionally. I was difficult, but they did everything right!

Making the appointment was very easy. The front staff was very friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist was extremely professional and used the appropriate amount of pressure to meet my needs, relaxing my back and body. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back.

My message person was amicable and addressed areas where I needed relaxation. There were areas I was surprised and her expertise was on par! She was calm and very humble which made me feel at ease.

Carol is very knowledgeable. She does a fantastic job working on my problem areas and relieving my pain.

Jenna B is the best!!! I'm a runner and crossfit athlete, and she does a fabulous job of finding and fixing my aches and pains in the service time available. I had a massage with a different therapist last time (needed it before Jenna was available) and the whole experience was rushed and not ideal, so though Jenna's availability isn't perfect, I will go out of my way to see her. (I don't fault her for her schedule - I understand.)

I felt the stag was very accommodating and friendly. The ambiance was very pleasant. The esthetician was knowledgeable and friendly. I did not ask any questions and i know next time I will as I know she would have been glad to share with me about the products.
