I could tell the massage therapist was experienced and knew how to give me a very relaxing massage. She was very attentive to my comfort and created a very nice experience.

Great service and excellent facial

I’ve been a member for a long while. I have always felt comfortable in the environment and free to ask questions as needed. The therapists are professional and calming. The environment and music are soothing . I have never had a bad massage experience and feel free to share if the pressure needs to be adjusted. I AM a highly satisfied member.

The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Breanne is a very professional massage therapist and her attention to problem areas is welcomed. I experienced shoulder pain which interrupted my nightly sleep and after my massage I have been able to sleep painfree.

Overall had a great experience

Therapist is a good listener. She knows my specific needs and applies the needed pressure to achieve a good outcome. Only regret is that she is only available on weekends and Monday.

All the staff is very friendly! The lobby, rooms and facility in general are clean and inspire relaxation, however the lobby doors were open and at one point got very loud outside. Luckily the receptionist realize and immediately closed the doors. It may be best to just keep the doors closed to avoid distractions. The therapies never asked if the pressure was okay or if she needed to adjust. The message was good for relaxation but not to relieve those muscles knots. I'm happy to see they carry Dermalogica products and a discount applies to members. They didn't have all the products I needed available.

Best facial I’ve had in years.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was not kept waiting for either service. The massage therapist really got after the knot under my shoulder blade. I plan to come back for shorter massage attention to that specific area. I understand the need/requirement to upsell products and services, but would rather be directed to where to find them rather than take up time or feel slightly pressured. I would have like the lobby and the treatment rooms to be a bit more luxurious feeling. Also would have been great to have more of a zen or rain or waves soundtrack playing - and I’ve cold cucumber water post the treatments versus just plain tap-type water. Overall - 4.5 stars. Highly recommend.

The esthetician that worked on me, Didi, is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable on the products and the steps that need to be taken to improve my skin care.
