Nice reception area, esthetician was prompt and the facial was very relaxing.

From the phone call I made to schedule the appointment, to the receptionist who greeted me when I arrived both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Natasha, my massage therapist was very friendly and and skilled. I would definitely come back.

The front desk is always polite & professional. They follow health protocol and the place is very clean. I prefer to use the same masseuse, as she is awesome. My only dissatisfaction is it’s hard to book appt’s at the times I prefer, but I make it work ! Overall very satisfied !!

I always have a fantastic experience at Hand & Stone and feel leaving refreshed. I only wish that the website would reflect the mask policy properly. If you are going to require us to continue to wear a mask please state that on your website. I fortunately keep one in my bag. It would be nice, for those of us fully vaccinated and boosted, to have the mask optional as it has been difficult to fully relax with a mask on.
