The massage was everything I asked for.

The receptionist Sam and the esthetician Kelly were very helpful and engaging. I loved that they were so friendly and explained everything. It was great to hear their recommendations and suggestions.

I was satisfied due to the ambiance of the spa. Also, my massage therapist was knowledgeable and effective, applying enough pressure. Last, I felt relief at the end of my massage; it was not only relieving during, but had positive, lasting effects.

The therapist was very knowledgeable. She had excellent suggestions for exercises and remedies. I enjoyed chatting with her but really did not feel relaxed when I left.

I've never had a facial. The staff explained what would happen. They also made accommodations for my comfort.

I am charged monthly for services but I can’t book monthly because there aren’t any appointments available for working people . I would love to receive a monthly facial but there isn’t appointments available. Also , I’m frustrated that I can’t use my excess funds from the unscheduled appointments on skin care products.

The staff at the front desk is always very welcoming and friendly. Tisha knows my aches, pains, and pressure points and does a fantastic job.

The customer service at this location is always outstanding! The quality of the massage therapists is exceptional. There is a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. Every time I have been here I leave feeling wonderful!
