The whole massage experience was wonderful. I have used Breanne at the Danville, Ca salon several times and she does a great job. Very good at what she does.

Lynn is a good esthetician. She is friendly, informative and responsive. Her facial is very thorough and tailored to my stated needs.

She did a great job and helped the muscle. unfortunately is was in the lower back, upper buttox area and she wasn't able to get to the area completely, because of company policy being able to physically touching that part of the body without having something covering it.

The reception staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. The therapist and aesthetician are magnificent and excellent at what they do. I really appreciate the timely appointment reminders and ability to make appointments at convenient times.

I love the atmosphere at Hand and Stone. I step in the door they greet me with a friendly hello and I am instantly relaxed when I sit down. Breanne is wonderful she gave me the best ever massage yesterday and I feel like a new person today!!

I am highly satisfied with my experience because I was able to book with Austin again and the recepionist was helpful with explaining the membership and signing me up.
