I love my membership and the fact that I have something to look forward to each month to either relax me or keep my face looking fresh and young

Music and lighting was soothing. The masseuse was quiet unless I asked him a question or he spoke when he needed a reply. A therapeutic massage is what I preferred and if it was painful, he continued in a gentler manner.

I love Hand & Stone--the environment, the staff, the products used. This was my last month of membership, which I terminated only because every month was just a little more frequent than I need or want. If you had a bi-monthly plan (say, for $10 more than the annual membership rate), that would be great. In the absence of such a membership hybrid, however, I will definitely return to H&S for massage and/or facial services. Breanne is the very best massage therapist--polite, professional, competent, and thorough.

The massage was very very professional. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Mostly I like that I was able to schedule a massage within a few days instead of a few weeks or a month.
