I truly enjoy the staff at UP Hand & Stone! They are always friendly; knowledgeable; and remember my name. My massage therapist and estheticians have also helped improve my problem areas.

Overall the people are great at this Hand and Stone. From the receptionist to the proivder, they are great at what they do. Self-care is important. This is annoying to force someone to write more.

I came in very tense and the calmness of the spa helped to relax me when I stepped through the door. I like the decorations for fall. It was very aesthetically pleasing. Cliff is very skill and able to work the knots out of my muscles. I appreciate him.

Tami is the best massage therapist I've ever had. She's professional and she is very knowledgeable in her profession. We need more masseuse like her.
