I was highly satisfied with this hand and stone, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to book my appointment on a Saturday which is hard to get and they did not cancel on me so I was very happy about that.

The massage with Cliff was the best I have had. I was lucky and got in same day. Unfortunately, he is booked out until mid June which is over a month from now, but I understand why. Staff is great.

Whitney is a massage angel. The front office staff checked me in quickly and they were able to help me book another appointment.

Please remove your "covid" screens at the front desk Sometimes your music is too loud in the massage rooms It has been awful trying to book appointments. No available time slots unless 45-60 days out which makes it impossible to anticipate typical life happenings. It is frustrating and possibly the reason I cancel my membership. I used to be able to book monthly.

The front desk is always so helpful. Wish there wasn't the turnover within the massage and esthetician employees. Super frustrating to find the perfect person only to have them leave a few months later.

The therapists and staff are great, my problem is that there are always so difficult to schedule. They are booking out 6 weeks now.
