The reception staff at this location are great, and my therapist Whitney is exceptional. I'm sure H&S incentivize them to upsell other products and services. I'm only interested in my treatment and appreciate that they do not push anything more than they are required to do so. I hope that you can acknowledge them for being able to read the customer and not be pushy.

Laura did a good job!! But I did need work on my back nerves going to my knees, and I am not sure she understood that. But I will try to book her again as she has a good personality and a good touch. (or perhaps I was not all that clear on what I needed.)

I love my monthly massage at Hand & Stone. Tami, my masseuse is excellent. She listens to what I say and how I would like my time spent on different areas. I highly recommend Hand & Stone.

My right shoulder is stiff and the massage relaxed it.

Tami is an exceptional masseuse and has become familiar with my likes and areas of emphasis. Her use of hot towels during the massage provide enormous relief and relaxation. I wish more/all staff used this technique, then Tami might have more openings.
