The estheticians are knowledgeable and truly listen with the upmost intention on meeting my needs. I also appreciate the consistent warm welcoming by staff whenever anyone walks through the door. I feel like a valued and appreciated customer, the University Place location is my Zen/place of peace!

Erin shows extensive knowledge in annatamy. She has a good feel for finding the areas that need attention and able to give me pain relief.

Justin was great. Pressure was perfect. I wish the room was a little bit darker but all and all it was a great experience

My massage therapist was really wonderful. Only constructive feedback is not about her but about the pricing for a return visit - it seems very high. I would have already booked a return appointment if the Swedish deep-tissue massage wasn’t so expensive.

I thought I was seeing my regular esthetician only to be seeing someone new. I so needed a facial after my major surgery in July. Bree I think her name was and if the one I normally see is no longer there then I will once again switch.

The reception staff, especially Bre, are professional and friendly. I feel like they really care about me and my experience. Whitney, my therapist, is fantastic! She's professional, caring and always exceeds expectations.
