Erin was great! She knew how to really get to where the pain was, I appreciated that she really listened to my history of issues and went in to get as much as possible !

Tracy was great, this was my first facial ever so I wasn't sure what to expect. She was friendly and easy to talk to. She was great at offering additional services without being pushy. I really enjoyed it. The only thing I would be interested is getting an itemized receipt instead of just the credit card reciept. I bought additional products are honestly just don't know how much they cost.

My massage therapist is amazing! She really helps me meet my health goals. I would like to have more flexibility to share my extra massages without being penalized.

Janae and all the ladies at the front desk are great! I love my esthetician, Brie is soooo nice and has a great personality!

Tami is the best massage therapist ever! She has a calm and soothing manner. Her knowledge and skill is quite extensive.

I have been going to this H&S since they opened and enjoy my providers as I have 3, one for waxing, facials and messages. They are all professionals and know the business they are in and would not go anyplace else at this time.

Simon and chelsie were so great! So we’re the receptionists. I haven’t been in since 2020 because my newborn son was born immunocomprimised in the middle of the pandemic. He is getting better now and yesterday at hand in stone was the first time I’ve been out of isolation. It was a great decision to book a spa day as my first time out. I was super relaxed and chelsie also fixed my dehydrated skin that I’ve gotten over two years of neglecting myself. I booked for next month and gifted packages to my bestie for her birthday to see both Simon and chelsie next week. I felt super safe and protected, too.

I was originally scheduled for a massage with Whitney, my usual therapist. However, she had to cancel the morning of due to a family emergency. Bre recommended I rebook with Amy, who had availability at the same time as my original appointment Bre said, "trust me, you won't be disappointed." She was right!

Due to a recent cancer diagnosis I cannot continue with my membership but would have returned otherwise
