We LOVE the University Place staff. We transferred from Bellevue when we moved and the people in the new location are frankly so much better than the Bellevue staff. First, there is no turnover, people know us, remember us, are very friendly and professional. Bellevue had constant turnover and we never knew who we were going to see at the front desk. The therapists were all really good, they just didn't last long. In the UP, we have been with the same people which we appreciate.

The vast majority of H&S employees do an excellent job. They work hard and want to please customers. The problem with H&S is administrative and policy driven. Membership rules and requirements are onerous and provide zero opportunity to be part of the H&S franchise WITHOUT committing to a monthly payment. It's obvious that regarding "membership" it's more about the money than it is facilitating loyal customers.

Staff were very nice, massage therapist very nice and did a great job. Massage therapist was able to relieve stress build up and focus on my problem areas. I plan on coming back!
