Chelsea is exceptional! She is knowledgeable, friendly and pays attention to details. The front office staff are great as well. My only concern was that the gift card I presented was "used" by the person who purchased for me. This wasn't a fault of the staff at UP, rather the staff that suggested it's use out in Puyallup. (She was asked to use "the card on file", which was the gift card that was purchased as a gift.) Ultimately, I was offered a credit at the Puyallup store, which I will call to request the credit is redeemable at the UP store. Other than that, I think you all are great!

The Christmas decorations were so cheery and the receptionist was very friendly Laura always does a fabulous job and I will keep seeing her for sessions! Walked away very relaxed last night!

Such a great place all around. My recent massage was so relaxing and therapeutic.

My esthetician was very knowledgable of everything I asked. She also remembered details about myself (i.e my dogs names) and read over notes that were in my file about my ongoing migraines. I love days that I go to Hand and Stone because everyone make me feel so special.

My ongoing experience continues to be a very positive one. My massage therapist has improved my quality of life and it remains one of my best investments to my health and well being.

The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Laura, the massage therapist I saw, is skilled both at massage and at making clients feel comfortable.

I receive a massage about 3 or 4 times a month and always enjoy my visit. I am greeted when I arrive and when I leave. I have the same massage therapist so she knows what I need and always has the heated blanket on.
