I showed up early and they actually moved my appointment up 15 mixture to accommodate that. There was a little sign with my name on it welcoming me and the receptionist was very nice and well spoken. Whitney who did my actual massage was amazing, I’ve never had a massage that relaxing and literally perfect. I have trouble getting my brain to shut off and I almost fell asleep 3 times and that means a lot. It was a perfect expert for a Friday afternoon and I will be back and tell everyone I can about it. Thank you!

Melanie is a fantastic and knowledgeable esthetician, and I have seen a marked improvement in my skin since coming to her.

The therapist listened to what I want and delivered. He used new to me techniques that fixed my shoulders and back! I also did not have to wait long.

The online booking feature is not functioning for the location I went to (University Place). I greatly prefer to book online instead of calling. I hope you can get this fixed.

Thank you for another great massage! I have had a monthly "membership" at the UP location since it first opened and have nothing but great service. The front receptionists always remembers my name and are kind and patient. Cliff is a complete professional and provides high quality, intuitive care. The environment is clean and totally relaxing. Honestly, I would recommend Hand and Stone in University Place to my friends and family.
