Hand and Stone

I was highly satisfied by my experience because the receptionist is super friendly and welcoming, the massage therapist always gets the pressure just right for my trouble areas and I leave feeling relaxed and regenerated. I used the CBD treatment this last time, and while I feel it was a little overpriced it was pretty nice. I like the consistency I get from this hand and stone place.

I found that she was able to address the areas of my back that have been very tense though we both agreed that it should have been and should be a 90 minute appointment to better address those areas. That is why my next appointment is the longer one.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone (University Place) experience because the customer service was phenomenal. I was greeted by Seth, who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. My massage started a few minutes late; however, I was assured that my service would not be cut short, and it wasn't! My massage therapist, Todd, was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and focused on specific areas, per my request. He had strong, consistent, firm pressure, per my request as well. He was quiet during the massage, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the service. After my massage, Bre asked me how my service was and made sure I had a pleasant experience. I was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism shown at this location--it was a million times better than the Puyallup location. Bre helped me schedule my next appointment and made sure she could accommodate my schedule. I am very impressed by this location and am excited for my next massage there. I have already referred someone as well!

My therapist is very knowledgeable and skilled. The reception staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. I always enjoy coming to Hand and Stone.

Joseph is friendly and happy. Michael is excellent. The only problem is the corporate office tech support- they never returned my email. I also bought a gift card for a friend. When she tried to book it at Rancho Santa Margarita in California, they said they do not accept a gift card bought from Washington- ridiculous.
