Love the whole experience especially Kassie.

The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The massage releases pain and helps me relax. I only wish I could have services more often.

My massage therapist's technique is superior and she always gives just the right pressure and checks in to see if it is still good. She always speaks with a soft voice (adding to the ambiance) and never engages a conversation unless first begun by me. This allows me to really relax and enjoy how amazingly good she is at getting in there and soothing my aches and pains. I am not there for conversation after all. But if I wanted conversation she is happy to oblige a little back and forth. She is sensitive to me as the client and what I prefer or want that day.

The therapist (Tammy) is polite and friendly. She pays attention to my painful areas. Afterwards, I feel very relaxed. I always ask to see her for my visit.

The manner in which I continued to be billed monthly during COVID when the shop was closed down was unfair. Also I never know what my balance is. And I think it is highly unfair rmto not be able to use my balance $700, to use as cash. I had to pay extra for add on services or to gift a package to a friend. Those are not advantages to having membership.
