Michael is amazing and learning so much. Seth and the woman working the front were super friendly and fun to banter with while waiting for my massage and greated me by name upon entering and leaving.

I find the staff always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Satisfied with massage received. Appointment process is not effective when the number 253-444-6995 goes straight to voicemail and no one is checking voicemails during the day. Both times calling for appointments required a 2nd call for appointment. Checked website and the 253-256-5976 went straight to a person. Phone number on massage therapist biz cards is totally useless in trying to book an appointment.

Excellent receptionist and therapist!

Amy is the VERY BEST! I hope she never leaves Hand & Stone in University Place. I have a massage with her every two weeks, and can't imagine life without her. She works out every sore muscle, tightness, ache and pain and I go home feeling 100% better than when I went in.

Everything was great - from the phone call to the receptionist who checked me in to Tammy, my massage therapist ... it was all wonderful. I felt comfortable the whole time. And the massage was awesome! Tammy listens really well, and is very good at her job. I just felt special from the whole experience.

Everyone was so kinda and friendly. Michael listened and really worked hard to focus on the areas I brought to his attention as well as the other areas o didn’t realize needed attention. The front desk was amazing, kind, listened and provided help with my membership. I will definitely be returning
