The reception people are friendly and great me by name. If there is a newer person and they do not fully know they computer system the support person training is always kind and helpful to them and me. My time is respected as someone either asks for help or there is someone to jump in right away to help. It is nice to see positive and no impatience when someone is learning. Also when I am confused with pricing with the new changes I appreciate the grace and kindness in explanations especially when it takes me more than one time to get the explanation. Thank you.
