Everyone is very friendly. My massage was fabulous and I really enjoyed my therapist! I will certainly continue going to her she’s extremely fantastic and does an amazing job!!!!!🥰

I used to visit the Olympus Washington location, but since I moved to Tacoma I have preferred the interactions and service I’ve received. It’s been excellent.

I'm very happy to reactivate my Hand and Stone membership, after taking a Medical pause. The staff assisted me with a smooth restart & I was able to make an appointment right away. I felt safe & they took every covid-19 precaution.

The only note that I have is that the soap used prior to massage (as requested by therapist) was a softsoap watermelon brand. It feels strange that this clashed with the rest of the ambiance, I would expect an aromatherapy or moisturizing soap. Everything else was great.

Very comfortable with everyone I came in contact with during my visit... very friendly. My massage therapist is wonderful!
