My therapist, Whitney, is outstanding. She communicates well and is skilled at providing what I need. The lobby is clean, comfortable and safe. The overall experience is great.

Covid practices were all good. Receptionist/Front desk staff very nice. First (of four?) massage therapist that got pressure and points of contact exactly right.

The staff is always exceptional friendly and professional. Erin is fantastic and really has a talent of finding the areas that need help and how to work them.

My massage therapist was Cliff and he Always is very attentive to my needs. He is Always friendly and never tries to rush his time with me.

I have had a wonderful experience every time I'ce been to Hand and Stone. I go to the same massage therapist every time and she remembers what my problem areas are. I come in every two weeks and enjoy each visit

Cassie is great. She knows how my body works and messages accordingly. She is always friendly and remembers stuff we talked about before. I recommend her to anyone. She also will work around to fit me in.

This last massage was so therapeutic. It relieved my back pain by 90 %. My therapist is the best.

Since H&S opened I have had cancelations due to the small employee availability. I kept my membership open during closure as I do enjoy my services as in my profession this is extremely important to me.
