They were friendly and welcoming and met my needs for relieving my shoulder pain

With everyone flooding the bookings, my massage therapist was willing to come in half an hour early just to accommodate my schedule (since every other time was already booked up!) Then she stated if this time works best for me, she had no problem continuing to come in early each time I scheduled. I scheduled 2 more appts before leaving and inquired about buying a membership as a gift for my brother but held off on buying the membership until the schedule opens up a bit more. It's hard to get an appointment right now

I was pleased with the COVID19 precautions upon check in & throughout the treatment. Melanie does an excellent job as an aesthetician. I loved the treatment!

Cliff is excellent at making me feel relaxed and helping relieve pain. I love all the hot towels and the fact that he doesn't talk. The reason I probably won't be back is the membership thing. I have a couple of massage therapists that are $60 without membership. If Cliff were $60, I would consider it!

Laura did a great job I was able to sleep a lo better My neck pain its almost gone!

Overall, the changes made for Covid had very little impact on the quality of the service while making me feel safe to receive my massage.

Everyone is friendly , timely and and they are always there to answer you question , I look forward to m spa time just for the enjoyment f the empliyees.
