The receptionist's remember me and use my name; especially Audrey. The spa is clean and organized. Cliff and Sekai are skilled and knowledgeable. they are always prepared for the visit. H+S is my place to relax. I always feel like it is a good value and I get excellent service and care.

I have been to other places and this was very nice and very friendly. The table was very comfortable, which in the past I have experienced the opposite. Most important I felt very relaxed at the end of my treatment.

The appointment times I asked for were available along with the therapist I like. My therapist listened to my areas of need and preformed perfectly! Cant wait for a repeat preformance!
