Hand and Stone

The service was good, the massage therapist is excellent. I felt very relaxed after the hot stone and massage I received from Amy. She is a skilled therapist.

My esthetician listened to my concerns and provided me with multiple options to address them. She explained what she was doing, as she was doing it. My skin liked and felt better following my treatment.

Customer service, friendly and peaceful atmosphere

Came in with neck, lower back and knee issues. She tailored the service to the problem area and one day later it feels much better. Can not wait to return.

Colby was a pleasure to work with during the booking/check-in phase and Tami & Amanda were both excellent! I have a massage therapist and esthetician closer to my home that I go to fairly regularly, which is why I’m not planning another visit to Hand and Stone anytime soon (I had a gift card for yesterday’s appointment). But I would highly recommend to friends/family!

I had a great experience at Hand and Stone and plan to continue my membership. My only request would be that you get the online service worked out. I have tried to log into my account online, but am unable. I have talked to employees at my Hand and Stone, and they have tried to resolve the issue but have suggested I contact the corporate office. They told me these issues are common and that they have been trying to get them resolved. I would love the convenience of booking online. I hope you can get this resolved.

Efficient but not rushed. Paperwork asked for the essential information but not overwhelming. Sarah understood exactly what the neck/shoulder/biceps issue was and I felt so much better after the massage

I really enjoyed my massage with Amy! She had the perfect pressure & was able to take care of my problem areas. I liked how friendly & calming she was during my experience. I’ll be going back to see her in 2 weeks!

Amanda is a very good esthetician. Even though there is usually long periods of time between my services she always remembers my specific needs. She is very friendly and she doesn’t talk too much through the service. The only thing that concerns me is that whether I’m there in the facility or on the phone, the computers are always very very slow. May want to consider upgrading the speed or new computers.
