My service was great. I do suggest removing cloths that have holes and tears in them from the rotation of towels to use after the massage.

The front desk staff were knowledgeable (one was training, but their supervisor was immediately available to assist and provide answers quickly). The massage therapist took all of my requests into account for targeted/specified areas and offered advice at the conclusion of the appointment for areas to focus moving forward. Overall friendly staff and great environment. Offered essentials and beverages multiple times by every person I encountered while there.

The receptionists are wonderful they greet me by name. My room always smells wonderfully of peppermint as I'm going to have an aromatherapy treatment. Cliff always goes over what I need for my aches and pains, he customizes the pressure I need for my sore muscles and crunchies is what he calls them to help capitalizing on making the best outcome for the time allotted. I enjoy the hot Stones the best as they seem to help work out all the soreness. The peppermint scalp massage helps to keep the migraine headaches away. I look forward to my massages each month as they help with managing good health. Thank you

This was an overall great experience. The best part was that the massage therapist was highly knowledgeable, answered my questions about ways to care for my problem areas at home, and worked on all of those tight muscles. I have chronic pain and tightness and this trigger point massage left me feeling lighter and pain-free.

The massage therapist did not chit-chat during my massage. I could listen to the music and focus on the massage. She provided me with hot towels st the end to wipe off my skin. Convenient location and great hours.
