My experience at Hand and Stone was overall really pleasant. I was taken back to the massage room on time, it was a relaxing atmosphere and the therapist focused on the areas I needed most.

Jessica was amazing and I felt great without feeling pressured into buying more than I need- I understand upsales but your already higher than others for facials even with a membership so if I want items I like having the option

Great therapy for back and foot stiffness.

For a while, there were few massage therapists at that location so it took a long time to schedule a therapist who could do deep tissue massage and then actually receive that service. Now I am able to book appts and get a therapist knowledgeable re deep tissue.

It is nice to have a membership there because of convenience. I don’t have to worry about paying for it, it automatically comes out. My massage therapist is awesome and does a great job everytime.
