My massage therapist (Wenona) is excellent. I appreciate her high level of expertise & professionalism.

The ONLY complaint I have about this facility is having a hard time booking appointments. It usually takes me about a month to get in. Because of my work schedule it is hard for me to book too far in advance.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the front desk lady made me and the other lady in the waiting area feel like family. My massage therapist was very sweet and did a great job. I have been going here for 3 years now and ever massage therapist I have had has been different, so every visit is not the same.

There was a mix-up with my gift card but it was resolved immediately. Jill’s customer service on the phone and in person was welcoming. And Merv Midas or whatever he goes by is the Best!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and the services are very relaxing. The facility is nice and clean and everyone there is very professional. I just do not understand why I have to keep paying a monthly fee when I have already paid for services that I have not been able to use due to lack of appointment times that meet my schedule. But I guess that is your company rules and I will either have to learn to live by them or make another choice.

Shemeka, is an outstanding Esthetician she also worked on my problem areas. She came out right away I didn't have to wait. She also recommend all of the products for my skin problem. I for got to get the sunscreen but on my next visit I will.

First time and absolutely loved it

He had excellent customer service and his ability make me feel comfortable was needed as this was a first time experience for me. I was hesitant but his professionalism was the thing that calmed my nerves.

The staff and Kerri (who does my facials) are very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust Kerri with my facial needs and I usually let her choose my services. Absolutely love how I feel after my facial!
