The staff were friendly and I did not have to wait long. My massage was wonderful. The heated bed and relaxing atmosphere added to the experience.

Friendly staff, welcoming, quiet ambiance, therapist very knowledgeable and applied just the right amount of pressure where requested for the massage. Very clean facility, warm clean towels and sheets. Finished with a glass of water. No pressure to leave quickly.

Because the receptionist couldn’t sell me trail samples,because it wouldn’t go through the system. Then one of the receptionist told me if I made any purchases that I would receive a free gift. The other said I had to buy at least 200.00 in products. Usually I have no problems at this location,but I was very disappointed.

When I walk in Hand and Stone I am always greeted warmly and immediately checked in. I am always greeted by the therapist within minutes of my arrival. She checks on my physical needs that she can meet while I’m with her. I always feel safe and comfortable. It’s a great experience all around.

The staff was friendly. The therapist was very attentive to my issues. The therapist was engaging.

A nice touch was heated neck warmer while waiting for the therapists. I am not sure how to change the lobby to make it more quiet or private for those coming in to relax, but there seems to be a lot of conversation between the staff and those clients leaving either to book future appointments, purchase items or try to get a membership. Also the last appointment was supposed to be a couples massage, but somehow it did not get book in that manner and we had two separate massages, which was okay, but not what we were expecting.

Welcoming staff with good customer service. Esthetician was thorough about treatment plan. Room and procedure were pleasant.
