1. I was highly satisfied that while I was waiting I was offered a hot towel for my neck. 2. I was very satisfied with my therapist focused on the areas with the most problems. 3. I was satisfied that my therapist is like a friend after 3 visits, she listens to my problems and is always so inspiring.
