The place is super clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist listened to me and did *exactly* what I needed. I cannot wait for my next massage (which is already booked)!

I am always greeted with an utmost level of professionalism and friendliness! They almost always greet me by name when I walk through the door. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable and take the tine to update you if the therapist is running a few minutes late. I’ve been a member for over a year and I absolutely enjoy my massage and facial appointments

Melissa provides a great facial experience. I am disappointed that Hand and Stone raised the price of the microdermabrasion facial upgrade to $50. I hope this resulted in raises for the staff rather than just more profit for the company!
