Hand and Stone

I booked a 1.4 hour massage for my spouse, and he informed me that it was absolutely amazing. Additionally, when I initially arrived, I had been informed that my appointment was accidentally deleted, but the time block was still blocked off so my spouse was still able to get their massage.

My appointment was on time . My therapist was friendly and calming to me. She made me feel welcome plus calm. She also done a great job on my tense ,stress trigger Points areas Good Experience! DB

Overall great customer service. However I was called by the wrong name by both receptionist. Waited a long time to check out. There was only one person and I was second to about 5 people waiting.
