A gift certificate that I had for over a year was honored. My husband and I enjoyed our massages and the atmosphere.Everyone was friendly and respectful. We enjoyed our visit.

I was very satisfied with the welcoming staff members at this location. I typically book at another location (Fayetteville NC) and I like the Southern Pines location MUCH MUCH better. The front desk staff here at southern pines really make a difference. I also was very happy with my MT. The website for booking does not register me as a member. I also think it would be very convenient to do things like pause my membership online. I would really like to be able to pause my membership occasionally when I have built up several packages.

I am able to relax and enjoy having the esthetician do my facial. She explains exactly what she is going to do and always asks if I have questions.

Overall massage was very good. Therapist worked areas of concern and pressure was very good. Table was very comfortable and room was very nice.
