The therapist listened to my issues and managed them beautifully. She also followed up with an exercise that will help me until my next visit.

My therapist focused on the areas I am most tense. I requested a deep tissue massage and was given exactly that. Some therapists seem afraid to apply pressure but this was the perfect amount of pressure to allow the health benefits I was looking for.
