From talking to Natasha over the phone to book my appointment to talking to her in person when she checked me in was super pleasant and she is very friendly. Halima was very knowledgeable in her field and made me feel comfortable and informative on her findings of more tension areas I was unaware of.

I was highly satisfied with my H & S experiences for one because I was greeted almost immediately walking through the door. I was checked in and seated with the signature coconut water and a much-needed warm neck pad until my therapist came to pick me up, 5 minutes later, lol. She walked me back into the best massage using hot stones. No complaints here.
