I had my facial done by Lauren and she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable of all the products and listened to what my skin concerns were. Very please with the service

From the moment I walk through the door and I am greeted by the receptionist(s) I already begin to feel relaxed by their soothing tone of voice. The cranberry/elderberry tea and/or the coconut water with lime are always so delicious and refreshing. My massage therapist Marlene is a dream, she has such a soothing and relaxing vibe, as well as always takes the time to ask if I have any problem areas I need to her to dedicate a bit more time and pressure on before we get started. She also makes it a point to ask at the end of the session if I feel relaxed and if she was able to help relieve any of the stress I might have walked in with.

Always friendly smiling faces greats me with offer of coconut water=refreshing! Lee, my masseuse, always a perfect massage; her technique, focus, attention and completes me! I leave floating on air! Hand and Stone is my personal piece of Heaven for me. For Lee, I will forever be her client.

Linda & Lashaye are amazing, I won’t go to anyone else. Linda knows what she is talking about when it comes to your Facial & answered all my questions. Lashaye! Oh my she has magic hands, I have never felt so relaxed & pain free after my massage.

Friendly staff, excellent massage. Therapist covered my areas of concern. I asked the therapist to please not get oil on my hair and she complied with y request. Overall wonderfull experience.

JP, my therapist is absolutely wonderful! He is the best I have had. My complaint with Hand and Stone is that for some reason therapist tend not to last too long; JP is now my 3rd therapist in less than a year. If he should leave the location, that will certainly encourage me to end my membership.
