LEE, MY THERAPIST IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. SHE LISTENS TO MY NEEDS AND FOCUSES ON THE AREAS I NEED ADDRESSED. THE STAFF ARE USUALLY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE AS WELL. I WAS HIGHLY APPRECIATIVE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAFF WHEN I BOOKED. INSTEAD OF COSTING ME OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, THE RECEPTIONIST EXPLAINED TO ME HOW I COULD USE MY PACKETS FOR A MAXIMUM EXPERIENCE.
