The women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The massage was the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was great and I really enjoyed the coconut lime water.

As soon as you step foot in the reception area you are being greeted by a staff member, for me it is number one, customer service. 2) Which ever service you requested is explained to you in details and is it followed. 3) After your service is completed you are given choices on follow up. 4) Prices are very reasonable and the discount and coupons helps in upgrading.

Every visit to the Pembroke Pines location has been amazing. JP is a very knowledgeable massage therapist and each time I leave my back feels brand new.

My esthetician went above and beyond no just to learn what my challenges were, but really took the time to explain the "why" my challenges likely exist and also went above and beyond to provide the services like no other esthetician had done so during my membership thus far.
