The entire experience was wonderful. I had only one bad incident when a receptionist entered the wrong appointment time but they quickly rectified it and I left happy.

Although the massage is good, I feel it is a bit impersonal, I get that feeling from everyone who works there. No one is unpleasant, but I just don't feel at home or cared for warmly. It is a business and it is run that way
