The staff were very very warm and pleasant. I was highly satisfied with my facial. I felt so happy and rejuvenated when I left.

The reason that I’m highly satisfied with Hand and Stone is due to the amazing service that Patricia provides! I’ve been to several other massages in the area and finally feel like I’ve met the therapist that provides the type of massage that will keep me coming back!

Everyone is very friendly. From receptionist to manager to therapist... All were knowledgeable and friendly. The ambiance is very refreshing and relaxing.

The only reason why I have been getting dissastified with Hand and Stone is all the additional fees. It cost $10 each month to freeze your account. $10 to transfer services to someone else. When we already get charged a $10 service fee each month. For what? Another fee for the couple's room. Its too much. Its getting frustrating. Its like trivial fees that makes it like I am being nickled and dimed. Its my reason for leaving. I love Patricia. I will really miss her if I decide to end my membership.

My esthetician, Lissa, was knowledgeable and friendly. She made suggestions about the products I needed to use for my skin type. I felt welcomed and valued even though I used groupon to get this service. Sometimes when you use groupon for services you are not treated the same. The overall experience at Hand and Stone was great! I will return.

The customer service and staff were absolutely amazing. The massage was perfect and the pressure was just right. I did not feel like anything was rushed.

My overall experience was amazing. The staff at this location is is always friendly any day of the week. This weekend I had a facial and full body massage and it was wonderful although I was hoping to get the himalayan salt scrub but it was not available at the time. But overall I had a great experience.

Great value though I do wish the stones etc did not cost extra
