The etesian was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had great recommendations for my face. She was very welcoming to my questions and concerns and I will definitely have my next facial booked with her.

My therapist listened well to my areas of concern. She spent the exact amount of time I expected on each area; arms and legs were not a big concern, so she spent less time there.

THE MASSAGE THERAPIST WAS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY NEEDS AND IF I ASKED HER TO BE GENTLE SHE WOULD DO IT.

Masseuse applied firm pressure throughout the massage as I requested. She was also friendly and professional. Her recommendation for enhancement was appropriate, and I appreciated that she was not pushy to sell it.

I am very satisfied with everything at the Hands and Stone - Pembroke Pines location. The only issue I have is how membership monthly credits are applied to your visit. I have several months worth of credit on my account, and I walked away with a $165 bill on my last visit. With all the credits I have on my account, I should have only paid for the skin product that I picked up during my visit.

Jose has been my massage therapist of choice for the past few visits. He is very professional & knowledgeable & has comfortable firm pressure. He is always soft spoken- setting the tone to encourage me to relax(which is hard for me to do). The front desk staff are always friendly and smiling upon arrival and check out. Part of my package from a prior location had been marked expired as I had recently moved into the area & they were patient & walked me through who to contact to get it sorted out quickly. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

Because Lashaye gives very good massages and also she is a very nica person.

I needed to relieve stress. The atmosphere and massage helped to do that. I left feeling calmer and my muscles were no longer tense.
