The receptionist was very welcoming and was not pressuring. My appointment was messed up for a massage instead of a facial (my mistake as I mixed up names) but the receptionist quickly took care of it and luckily was able to switch.

When I first walked into the facility you can automatically feel the enviorment shift. It was so relaxing and soothing. They ask you if you would like different types of water and are super friendly. I had the option to add a few things to my massage which I did and it wasn't hard at all. When you walk into the massage room it so quiet and the therapist will ask you what areas you need worked on. After that you undress and slip under the cover, lights are dimmed and they start on you. My therapist was AMAZING, this was my second time with her and she works wonders. After the massage is over you get a warm towel to wipe down and cool off and then get dressed. They ask if you would like a cup of water again and then off you go to main lobby to pay and tip :) I love it here, they make you feel so nice and cozy. I want to try a facial soon!!!!
