Hand and Stone

i love the staff, the massage therapist are excellent especially my last two for couples on Valentine's Day. I do run into problems with using my visits from the other location. For the past 6 months it has been a mess freeze unfreeze, freeze unfreeze. I have reached out to the corporate on two occasions for similar problems, when i was told we do not read emails every day LOL that was totally a joke for me

They were amazing! Had the couples massage. The only issue is that when we arrived at 9 AM we weren't able to do the massage and had to come back an hour later. They comped the lavender fragrance.

My experience was wonderful, informative and relaxing. However, I would had hoped that after my filling out an intake form that they would have spelled my name correctly. My name is Fisher, not Fischer. That would have to be my only complaint and that's even minor. See you soon and thank you.

The manager Norma knows hows to handle troubled situations. I was very pleased by her service with me and my girlfriend!

Bea is exceptional! I don't remember the reception name but she was very friendly and courteous.

Jason (my massage therapist) is a wonderful person as well as extremely talented at his trade. I have big knots and he has a way of working them out without me hurting for days afterwards. This is the first place that I have ever come to that I didn't hurt afterwards. My membership is well worth it and I will maintain it long-term. Hand and Stone is wonderful!
