Great staff at Pines location. Roxanne was wonderful and sold me on other services. So glad this location is open so close to home.

I have been with Hand and Stone for almost a year and I'm always satisfied with the facial service that I get from Stacey. My skin has improved and most of all she friendly and knows the products well. I have no complaints at all.

From the moment I walked in for information to the time I left after 2 appointments, I couldn't get over just how genuinely sincere everyone I came in contact with in wanting to make sure I received the best massage and masseuse for my needs, and matched me up perfectly Linda who did my facial.

When I arrive, I received the neck pillow, which is my favorite part. I never get to enjoy it because my therapist interrupts as I love her punctuality. Once I enter the room, I feel she always takes care of me and I leave with a huge smile on my face.

I was satisfied with my experience because the massage that was provided relieved my pain and discomfort. And the massage therapist was professional and kind and used aromatherapy during the massage
