Friendly and Respectful staff. I love everything about it and the care was really efficient. That’s why i made myself a member because i would like to continue with this type of service.

The massage was relaxing but I left still feeling the soreness I had coming in. I didn't ask for more pressure because I recognized my therapist was pregnant and I didn't want to add any more stress to her life or day. She was extremely nice and courteous. I also didn' think I got my full time with my massage.

When I originally booked my session, I asked for a couples massage. We ended up in separate rooms, and was told the other massage therapist didn’t do couples massages. Also, my appointment ended almost 20 minutes before my partner. I finished at 12:50, and he finished at 1:12. He also started his appointment before me, and our appointment was for 12pm.

I like to be told the truth about the service and products not because you want to sell it and meet your quota.

There was a misunderstanding between the attending receptionist and I, on the day of my appointment , regarding the cost which was different from what I was told when I initially booked in person.

You guys recently went to a new tipping process and now you charge your members a fee to tip, which makes us not want to tip since now we’re being nicked and dimed for an already expensive service

The experience was nice. I don't have any complaints, but I've had better massages.

I used to be a member, but due to personal reasons, I cancelled it. My husband has his membership active and when he doesn't use it, he transfers it to me. During my checkout, I am always asked the same questions and this last time the person that checked me out made me uncomfortable after I told her it was due to personal reasons that I cancelled my membership, by telling me it was in my best interest to renew. I know what is my current situation and what is in my best interest. After an enjoyable massage, this situation stressed me out. I advise that if someone says it is personal, staff should not continue to push, much less in a manner that others hear the interaction.
