Sundays experience with the massage therapist was great! In the beginning of Feb they charged my card under someone else name. I wasn’t satisfied with my last experience because I was double charged.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and me. We did not get that. We got individual massages. And they charge me for a hot stone upgrade which I didn’t have. So now have to hope they put it in the computer to use next time I go since I already paid for it.

I love your services. However one of the main reasons I cancelled my membership is because of the time it take any provider to start the appointment. I've noticed I would be in the lobby 10-15mins before my appointment and no one would come for me until 5-8 mins and then give me a whole 10mins to take off my one dress, that's almost a third of my healing time. And then my therapist was done exactly on time. So I don't ever feel that I get my dollars worth.

It gets the job done for me. The massage meets my needs physically but the ambience isn’t anything that leaves an impression. I continue to go back because of how close it is to my house, otherwise I would not go out of my way to find a location consistently.

Disappointed with billing again this is the second time for billing errors. First was during Covid when billing continued when they were closed. This billing was because of name being misspelled

Better communication of the what the program entails. Massage therapist was not my usual person and she was not attentive as I am accustomed to
