The customer service level is appropriate for the staff to receive a satisfactory score. They all demonstrated the required expectations and were very welcoming. I received the service I paid for and was very satisfied with everyone’s job performance. No one went above or beyond and only performed what was expected.

In my own opinion the charge for massage service they should use atleast peppermint, tea tree or lavender oil with no additional charges.

Facilities can be more updated

I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend & I (both have demanding careers) in effort to find relaxation & be able to grab a meal afterwards. Appt was at 2000 (8pm) & we were asked to reschedule several times due to the room not being available. Was advised to wait a few minutes to see if anything became available. There were single rooms available bit we didn't want that as couples massage was booked for a reason. After waiting for a little more than 45 minutes, we were called in. We were offered hot stone massages by receptionist for our time & didn't receive it & we also were not able to continue our night with dinner as planned.

There are always room for improvement

I feel like customers should be able to better understand the point system so that they can use these points towards their procedures. I have alot of points that were taken off my account and I don’t know why.

My esthetician, Natalie is wonderful. It is not a reflection on her or her service. I just felt like if I'm paying $150 more on top of my $70 for my membership was a bit steep. I still received an hour of service.

I like the place. This is my SPA time. I have been in super high end place too. It all depends on the people, environment, cleanliness, and value for the service.

I enjoyed my massage. Perhaps, she could use a little less lotion so customers can feel the pressure and therapeutic touch better. Perhaps they can allow patrons to go in few minutes before the appointment time so they can start the treatment on time . I was called in a little bit after my appointment time.

Being greeted by staff and the care of Juliya, my massage therapist, was excellent. I felt welcomed and comforted. The music played during the session was the only thing that wasn't to my liking, but I can't complain too much about that.
