My appointment was scheduled for 11 am, at 11:10 I was called in the room, then the therapist had me sign forms, then she left for me to change. Starting at least 15 minutes late, however the massage finished at 11:59. I understand they may run late but don't short change me.

I added a scalp massage but it was given through my hour massage which lessen my original massage so I won’t be buying any extra add one that take from my hour massage.

The time generally is inferior to 50 minutes. I was in my visit with 2 extra people my mother in law was happy and completely recommend the service. But my daughter in law isn’t happy and your experience was terrible ( she can’t relax neither enjoy because the therapist is sick and all the time with noise of your nose )

I was very satisfied with my experience. I did show up a bit late and I was accommodated nicely. I do feel like the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

I have an issue with being charged when asked to reschedule. I am being penalized with a cancellation fee even though I rescheduled for two days later. I was told that I was charged because I canceled before. I also understand that If you are sick, you should not come. I guess I will come no matter what to keep from being charged.

The perks of being a member have never been communicated with me after signing up for membership. It would be nice to get information on exclusive services and discounts.

The original appointment was scheduled for 3 my 2 daughters and me. We arrived to find out that there could only be two. It was a birthday gift

They charged me $10 extra for a service I didn’t ask for. I don’t think I received it. They accidentally canceled my facial and it was a different customer that canceled. The receptionist had the wrong account pulled up as our first names are similar but not the same.

The appointment started 15 minutes late. I was not informed that they were running late until I went to the front to ask because I thought I was forgotten about after waiting 10 minutes.

The place was pack and the massage room was way to hot for my liking.
