The cleaning of my face was notas deep as i need it. After facial i still have black heads in several areas of my face

At the end of the massage and facial i was asked for be subscribe to the next appointements. I answer no but i was kept by 30 minutes harassaded by this questions. At the end I was more stressed than when I arrived.

The service was good but the charges that were gonna be added on were not fully informed. I also had an appointment for another service and I guess there was not good communication between the front desk and my esthetician so I was left waiting for a while even though my room was ready.

I could’ve used a bit more pressure and time on my legs and lower back. I had a 90 minute and most of it was used on my neck and shoulders. I did have some post surgery limitations with my shoulder and the therapist was super careful around the area- but I think she may have been over cautious with me because of that.

I finally had a great experience this last time I went to hand and stone for a massage. The biggest reason why I was not highly satisfied with the appointment was because it didn’t start on time and ran later, I’m happy I got the full amount of time but was disappointed to start late and end later than what I had anticipated. Overall the quality of the massage was excellent.

I wish I would have been more informed of the other services that are commonly provided. It was my first time there and I wasn’t aware of what they provided from the very beginning. If I was aware of the aromatherapy, I would have added it and it would have beyond satisfied me. It wasn’t until I got home and tried to book an appointment online when I realized the other additions. A more thorough and detailed presentation would have been appreciated.

My skin looks clear but not as glowy and refreshed as I would’ve like it to be. I think there should’ve been a facial consultation prior to entering the spa room

My massage therapist was awesome. It was by far the best massage I've ever had

My second massage there was not good. The girl seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I have since only gone back to Nina, who is great! The front desk is on. Some are distracted or lacking. They need a retrain. Nina is the reason I stay.

Expensive, especially compared to other spa franchises
