Hand and Stone

Because I have to wait in the front desk like 25 minutes after the check in

Then tech was extremely late and I have difficulty booking appointments based on availability

Was my first time, overall was similar to other places, therapist was good, maybe need it more pressure

I enjoyed my experience I will return

My appointment did not start on time Too much noise in the lobby. The front door was open and loud music playing outside.

I was overall satisfied with my general Hand and stone experience.

My facial on 03/28/23 was the best I've ever had, out of the three I have experienced (another one at Hand & Stone/this location a long time ago and one in Arizona)! I plan to make an appointment every two weeks or at least once a month. She was nice, knowledgeable and patient.

I did not like there was an enrollment fee. I was told the first charge was to be used for a future service but instead it was a fee. I wouldn’t have signed up if I knew that. I wanted additional services and the massage therapists didn’t really know what was available. When I finally came and was told I couldn’t use the enrollment fee as a service I was disappointment and they had to use next month service so now it’s going to be like two months before I go back. I don’t know if it’s worth it.

It is a new experience for me therefore I am sure that once I've become more familiar with the therapist and your products it will get a higher rating.

The cost of the packages were not fully explained.
