Service was good but aesthetician spoke too much.

Consider having an option for fragrance free linens as the strong fragrance especially in the head cradle cover triggered my asthma.

I HAD TO WAIT WHEN I ARRIVED. ALSO THE FACIAL GIRL (SIMONE) OVERCHARGED ME AND DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT THE ADITIONAL CHARGES FOR MY FACIAL. I THINK YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PAY UP FRONT, AND ALSO HAVE THE FINAL BILL ON THE TABLET LIKE THE ONE YOU SIGN IN THE WAITING ROOM, IN THE BEGINNING SO THE CUSTOMER CAN SEE ALL THE CHARGES, AND THERE IS NO SURPRISE BILL AT THE END.

I'm highly satisfied. I indicated incorrectly. However, I'd like to make a suggestion in terms of the facials. Please allow your facialists to extract milia, which is something that's done wherever facials are offered. It's ridiculous that I have to be poking and prodding at my own face to extract the few I have. The reason I go for facials is to not have to do that.

There is always room for improvements.

As usual I was very pleased with my massage. Raynisha always does a wonderful job. Although I was satisfied with the facial, overall, I didn’t like being treated as if I was stealing. The receptionist called and granted me a complementary facial, but when I got there, it was as if I was being dishonest..

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist. Her attention to my needs was top-tier. I will continue to be a member as long as she is there

My massage was such a strange experience. She pulled my hair, smacked my feet with the stones, and overall just felt very rough. I just had a baby and really needed to relax but this was far from that. I spent most of the massage wondering to myself what was going on.

Volume of music was too loud.

Overall I was very satisfied with my 1st experience with Hand and Stone. My Therapist Julyia was fantastic and very attentive. The location is great, the ambience inside the location was very relaxing. The only thing that made me a slightly uncomfortable was the hard sell at the end for future massage, other than that it was a wonderful experience.
