To talkative ! I went there to relax & be pampered not for conversation! I felt pressured’n

I was not overly impressed with the massage

As a previous member, I had to end my membership due to illness. Ghen rejoined and the price went up but the experience has not enhanced over the years, I feel it has declined, especially in the caliber of message therapists

The massage therapist did not ask me what type of pressure I like for my massage. I’m used to being asked that before my service. The service itself was not bad at all though.

the checkout process was very inconvenient. they charged me incorrectly and it took forever to get fixed. they had to wait on someone else to take care of the issue. at the end i was still overcharged.

Because when I called in to ask the difference between the stone and Himalaya stone massage the answer was general and the office staff didn’t appear to know what the significant differences were and if she did she didn’t translate that w confidence. I ended up going online to research and decided what I wanted and booked. If I would have just followed my conversation over the phone I would not have booked.

staff polite ,courteous, knowledgeable.
